Job Summary
Support strategic platform and market infrastructure initiatives within the Post-Trade Division related to HKEX's Core Climate ecosystem. Drive hands-on delivery across business analysis, workflow review, testing, implementation, and operational readiness activities by gathering requirements, documenting specifications, and coordinating user acceptance testing. Maintain project documentation, issue logs, and status trackers while managing stakeholder coordination across business, operations, technology, and external vendors. Prepare test scenarios and support production readiness activities in a fast-paced project environment with evolving priorities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Technology, Information Systems, Finance, Business, Engineering, or related disciplines
- 2–5 years of experience in project coordination, business analysis, system implementation, testing, workflow enhancement, or platform delivery within financial services or technology environments
- Experience supporting requirements gathering, documentation, testing coordination, issue tracking, implementation, or operational readiness activities
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work across business, operations, and technology teams
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced and evolving project environment with multiple concurrent initiatives and changing priorities
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, multitasking, and execution capabilities with attention to detail
- Good written and spoken English
- Standard - 40 Hours (Hong Kong SAR) shift availability

Desired Qualifications
- Exposure to platform delivery, market infrastructure enhancement, ecosystem initiatives, or innovative technology-enabled solutions supporting trading, clearing, settlement, custody, or related financial services workflows
- Familiarity with climate-related products, sustainable finance initiatives, or related market developments
- Chinese language capability
