Job Summary
Paraprofessional/Associate position supporting teachers by reinforcing learning with individual students or small groups, assisting with data collection, supervision during drills and field trips, and aiding classroom routines. Duties include reading aloud to students, facilitating large and small group activities, helping with lunch/snack/cleanup, supporting behavioral plans, maintaining confidentiality, and serving as a key resource for substitutes. Requires a high school diploma (or equivalent) and CPR/First Aid/Mandatory Reporter Child Abuse certification. On-site role in Van Meter, IA during the 2026-27 school year with standard school-day hours.
