Job Summary
Associate Portfolio Manager role supporting the site Project Portfolio Management (PPM) process across multiple sites. Responsibilities include maintaining project portfolios, tracking investments and budgets, coordinating DPM IDP presentations, standardizing Steering Group (STG) materials and processes, facilitating monthly STG meetings, assisting in prioritization and implementation planning aligned with budget cycles, supporting project managers and STG/IPG activities, developing PPM metrics and monthly status reporting, and maintaining training materials and governance sites. Requires collaborating with site management, communicating risks and constraints, and ensuring adherence to safety requirements. Bachelor’s degree in a related field and several years of manufacturing/pharma project-management experience are expected, along with proficiency in MS Excel/PowerPoint and familiarity with portfolio-management tools like Clarity.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Project Management, Business, or related field from an accredited university (required)
- Minimum three (3) years experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in pharmaceuticals (required)
- Minimum of two (2) years project management or change management experience (required)
- Advanced MS Excel & PowerPoint preferred (not mandatory)
- Experience with Clarity or similar portfolio management tools preferred (not mandatory)
- Minimum of one (1) year advising senior leadership required (required)
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage and maintain project portfolio schedules and agendas preferred (not mandatory)
