Associate Policy Analyst

Associate Policy Analyst with national-expert collaboration focus in child welfare, juvenile justice, homelessness, and mental health services. Role emphasizes autonomous project coordination, managing cross-functional workstreams, and translating data and evidence into policy and practice changes. Key duties include independent project management and coordination, facilitating external-partner meetings, creating and maintaining SharePoint/Smartsheet-based workplans, developing communication structures, synthesizing policy literature to inform strategy, supporting continuous quality improvement, and producing materials (presentations, briefs, memos, reports) for internal and external audiences. Preferred familiarity with Motivational Interviewing (MI) and experience in child welfare policy implementation and program evaluation. Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred. The organization operates a work-from-anywhere approach with occasional in-person travel; visa sponsorship available in limited instances for hard-to-fill roles.
