Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive podiatric care including diagnostics, surgical procedures, and regenerative therapies within a multi-location private practice. Manage patient engagement and follow-through while reviewing performance metrics to drive outcomes and production growth. Operate with autonomy in a structured system supported by a dedicated ambulatory surgery center and strong referral network. Full-time position with 4+ days/week coverage, competitive base salary plus bonus totaling $200,000-$300,000, and comprehensive benefits including 401(k), malpractice coverage, and paid time off.
Required Qualifications
- Surgically trained podiatrist
- Well-trained in basic podiatric surgical procedures
- Strong bedside manner
- Clear, professional communication
Desired Qualifications
- 3 or more years of experience
- Open to learning and offering appropriate cash-based services (e.g., regenerative and laser therapies)
- Comfortable reviewing performance metrics and improving production
