Job Summary
Associate Planning role supporting omnichannel media plan recommendations (TV, Print, Radio, Digital, OOH, Emerging Media) informed by qualitative and quantitative inputs. Responsibilities include compiling research data to ensure campaigns reach intended audiences, mastering syndicated research sources and planning tools, applying qualitative/quantitative insights to inform budget allocations, maintaining accuracy of tactical plan components (flow charts, spreadsheets, budget summaries), collaborating with internal and cross-functional teams to keep projects on track, staying current with media and technology trends, and developing strategic POVs on media partner offerings and technology as they relate to client objectives.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly learn proprietary tools and processes
- Exhibits a positive attitude that would complement the UM culture
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Able to effectively manage time and work in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional attention to detail, organizational & analytical skills, creative thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of an integrated team
- Include 0-1 years of experience
- Proficiency at Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint
