Job Summary
Associate Planner at BPR Consulting Group handles planning-related duties including reviewing zoning and general plan matters, processing amendments and variances, evaluating subdivision proposals, preparing and presenting reports to the Development Review Committee, Planning Commission, and City Council, conducting field evaluations, and ensuring compliance with policies. Required Qualifications
- Four (4) plus years’ experience working for a CA municipality
- Knowledge of California planning, zoning, general plan, and development laws, including subdivision, coastal and environmental laws and regulations
