Associate - Piping Design - Water & Wastewater

Lead stormwater technical delivery for road drainage and design projects by acting as the primary reviewer and technical lead. Coordinate with design engineers and peer groups across India and New Zealand while delegating tasks and upskilling junior team members. Provide coaching to junior staff on specific projects and mentor wider team members to foster technical growth. Report to the Head of Department in India. This emerging technical leader position supports the firm's stormwater design capabilities through strategic oversight and team development.
