Job Summary
Associate Photographer in Knoxville, TN responsible for capturing 3-D virtual tours and floorplans of residential properties for Homes.com and Apartments.com using Matterport Pro3, and producing marketing photography. Responsibilities include preparing portfolios of photos, coordinating with scheduling and dispatch teams, professional communication with clients, sales and management, and identifying inventory to photograph. Role requires field work in a one-mile grid area around assigned properties, adherence to safety standards, occasional conference calls with teams, and weekend work on a rotating schedule. Requires real estate photography experience, strong time management, and a current driver’s license; FAA Part 107 drone certification obtained within 30 days of offer. High school diploma or GED accepted; degree in photography is a plus. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and familiarity with Windows, Microsoft Office, and Apple iOS products.
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of professional photography experience.
- Real Estate Photography experience required.
- Experience working as a professional photographer, or a recently earned degree in photography.
- Candidates must possess a current and valid driver’s license.
- Satisfactory completion of a Driving Record/Driving Abstract check prior to start.
- FAA Part 107 License/Certification obtained within 30 days of offer.
