Associate Pharmacy Manager Front End

Directs workflow for medical records departments and front-end technicians, establishing support for service priorities and ensuring workflow efficiencies to meet prescription order deliverables. Coordinates processes and assignments for supervisors and contributors to achieve Front-End OCR goals, advises on policies and procedures to ensure compliance, and develops strategies to ensure accurate entry of prescriptions with patient payer information.
