Job Summary
Ensure all contracted pharmacovigilance activities are delivered within budget, on time, and in compliance with regulatory requirements by overseeing project scope, schedule, and costs. Support project teams as a PV expert, manage change requests, and maintain high-quality client relations while addressing escalations. Review client core documents, oversee Quality Management System activities, and ensure adherence to worldwide PV obligations including Quality Event management and CAPA implementation. Coordinate with internal departments and clients to provide qualified resources, conduct training, and participate in audits. Prepare invoices and review project-specific analysis as needed to support client success.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication (written and verbal) skills
- Varied PV experience in a CRO
- Previous experience within PV Project Management
- Organization skills, including attention to detail and multitasking
- Management skills, including time and issue management
- Conflict resolution skills
- Decision making
- Team working
- Ability to motivate/coach people; leadership
