Job Summary
Draft documents including facta, opinion letters, settlement conference memoranda, pleadings, and applications. Attend examinations for discovery, case conferences, mediations, motions, appeals, pre-trial conferences, trials, and hearings at the Law Society of Ontario. Manage all aspects of cases covering liability, financial, and medical investigations. Requires minimum of 3+ years post-call experience in personal injury law and Law Society of Ontario membership.
