Job Summary
Associate Personal Banker builds lasting customer relationships through proactive conversations that support financial well-being and deepen engagement, including in-branch interactions and proactive outreach. The role supports account openings, service requests, and credit applications, collaborates with branch teammates to deliver a high-quality customer experience, uses digital tools to enhance the banking experience, and identifies opportunities to refer customers to appropriate banking products and solutions. Requires ability to conduct discovery-driven conversations to understand customer needs, deliver accurate and compliant service within risk controls, and to work with licensed bankers or specialists to connect customers with the right expertise. Bilingual Spanish/English proficiency is required, and the schedule includes Saturdays.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ months of interacting with customers experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Bilingual speaking and listening proficiency in Spanish/English
