Job Summary
Associate, Performance Measurement role focused on delivering accurate performance analytics for complex institutional portfolios in a Denver office. Responsibilities include owning calculation, validation, and reporting of multi-asset class performance; reconciling data across custodians and third-party systems; producing monthly and quarterly client reports with performance, asset allocation, benchmark comparisons, and attribution analysis; coordinating with internal stakeholders to meet deadlines; identifying process improvements to enhance efficiency, scalability, and data quality; and supporting system enhancements and data integrations. Requires an undergraduate degree in finance-related field and 5–7+ years of experience in performance measurement or investment operations; advanced Excel skills; ability to work independently; strong analytical and communication skills; and familiarity with performance reporting processes. This role is offered within a compensation package including base salary in the mid-80s to mid-90s range, with incentives and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field
- 5–7+ years of relevant experience in performance measurement, fund accounting, or investment operations
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with large datasets
- Familiarity with performance reporting systems (preferred)
- Experience with private equity/private markets performance analysis (a plus)
- Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities
- High attention to detail and organizational skills
- Effective communication skills for internal and external stakeholders
