Associate People Leader HR Partner

Delivers strategic HR expertise and coordinates site HR initiatives; educates people leaders on HR processes to enable effective leadership. Provides HR support with guidance, links site HR policies, tracks site data, acts as change agent to promote culture, coordinates department communications, assists in resolving employee relations issues, and supports performance management and succession planning. Requires collaboration with People Leader HR Partner, data gathering and reporting, and advising department heads on team member development to close skill gaps and support career growth. Preferred: Microsoft Excel experience. Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and related experience; 1-3 years of relevant experience. Location: Lake Success, NY, USA.
