Job Summary
Associate, PX Partner supports the PX Business Partner team across assigned business units, handling onboarding, recruiting, talent development, performance management, employee relations, compensation, engagement, and inclusion initiatives. Works closely with PX Business Partners and COEs (Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Payroll, Benefits, People Relations) to execute people strategies, manage day-to-day PX operations, support onboarding/offboarding, request and compile reports, identify trends, contribute to PX communications, and participate in special projects to enhance the employee experience and team effectiveness. Office-first role in office 4 days a week; requires 1–2 years of HR experience; fluency in Spanish preferred; proficient with HR systems and Google/Microsoft tools.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- 1–2 years of progressive HR experience
- Fluency in Spanish preferred
- Excellent written, listening and verbal communication skills
- Experience using HR systems and data
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
