Job Summary
Office-based Associate, PX Partner supports the PX Business Partner team across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, recruiting, talent development, performance management, employee relations, compensation, engagement, and inclusion initiatives. Partners with PX Business Partners to execute people strategies related to talent, resourcing, engagement, and culture; supports cyclical PX processes (performance management, compensation reviews, talent calibration); provides day-to-day PX operational support with COEs (Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Payroll, Benefits, and People Relations); manages onboarding and offboarding; collaborates with PX Data & Analytics to request reports and identify trends; supports employee relations matters; contributes to PX communications and engagement materials; participates in special projects to improve the employee experience and operational efficiency; requires Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 1–2 years HR experience; fluent in English; Spanish preferred; 4 days in the office; New York-based location.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- 1–2 years of progressive HR experience
- Fluency in Spanish preferred
- Experience using HR systems
