Associate PC Support Technician

Job Summary
The Associate PC Support Technician is responsible for providing customer support for designated equipment, performing basic and moderately complex troubleshooting activities for desktops and laptops, and ensuring timely and accurate interaction with clients. Responsibilities include accepting and delivering service calls within established service level agreements, completing administrative tasks, adhering to policies and guidelines, and ensuring asset control and inventory management. Ideal candidates will possess effective communication skills for technical issues, the ability to lift computer equipment up to 50 lbs, and willingness to drive to client locations, work overtime as required, and pass agility tests as specified.
Required Qualifications
- Technical school certification or equivalent
- 1-3 years of relevant experience
- Maintain all required OEM Certifications as directed by Management
- Valid Driver’s License with reliable transportation
- Must meet all background requirements on an annual basis
Additional Requirements
- Must be able to pass annual criminal and motor vehicle background check
- Must own a basic repair tool kit
