Associate Payments Adoption Manager

Job Summary
Proactively prospect into the customer base via outbound and inbound efforts to ensure clients maximize Shopmonkey Payments benefits. Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement growth plans for shops, while conducting in-depth rate analysis on internal and competitor pricing. Become an expert in credit card processing for online and in-person transactions, selling card reader terminals and fintech solutions to drive volume. Ensure all customers are followed up with and assisted in successfully utilizing the platform, while maintaining effective CRM management. Meet and exceed monthly quotas and daily KPIs. This hybrid role requires two days in the Morgan Hill, California office weekly.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in a B2B SaaS and Embedded Payments environment
- Ability and willingness to be a team player by collaborating and leading by example
- Highly intelligent, passionate, with tenacious work ethic and desire to be a top performer
- An honest and genuine approach to helping customers
- Resourceful and adaptable to change grow from feedback that is received
- Ability to handle objections and proactively address potential roadblocks and/or issues
- Strong interpersonal skills and friendly professional demeanor on the phone
- Ability to articulate product value proposition with any level of detail or brevity
- Desire to grow within our organization
- in-office expectations 2 days/week in our Morgan Hill, California office
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience and interest in the Automotive industry
- Fluent in Spanish!
