Associate Patient Services Specialist - ER Registration

Greet and serve patients professionally while performing all registration functions, including collecting accurate demographic information, verifying insurance benefits and eligibility, obtaining authorization, and collecting patient liability. Ensure services are authorized and billed correctly by verifying eligibility prior to or at the time of service. Work 8-hour evening shifts on a per diem basis. This role supports the ER Registration Unit at Santa Rosa Memorial Hospital, a provider recognized by U.S. News & World Report for heart attack and heart failure care.
