Associate Patient Service Specialist PRN – Brentwood WIC

Conduct patient check-in and check-out, schedule appointments via clinical communication or direct request, and manage point-of-service collections. Provide positive first impressions using customer service skills while maintaining an orderly reception area and ensuring accountability for each patient. Process insurance updates and inbound/outbound telephone calls with regular guidance.
