Job Summary
Greet and check in patients, schedule appointments, and answer telephone inquiries while documenting details in the electronic health record. Conduct check-in and check-out processes, manage administrative in-basket pools, scan documents, and balance payments to prepare deposits. Maintain demographic information and protect patient confidentiality by adhering to ProHealth policies and standard workflows. Provide ad hoc coverage at other ProHealth locations and perform other duties as assigned. Requires one year of receptionist or customer service experience and intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of receptionist or customer service experience
- Intermediate level of computer proficiency in Microsoft Office
