Job Summary
Greet customers in person and on the phone, directing calls and taking messages while providing necessary instructions. Obtain and verify accurate patient information, including insurance details, and perform insurance eligibility checks on the date of service. Schedule and coordinate patient appointments, obtain required signatures, and upload valid state IDs and insurance cards. Maintain an organized work area, prepare documentation with accuracy, and complete pending actions from your work queue list. Adhere to payment security policies, OSHA/WISHA guidelines, and HIPAA regulations while meeting performance measures set by the Practice Management Dept.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED
- 1+ years of computer proficiency experience (multi-task through multiple applications including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word)
- 1+ years of customer service or Healthcare experience
- Ability to travel to both locations

Desired Qualifications
