Job Summary
Greet, check in, and check out patients while scheduling appointments and answering telephone inquiries. Document patient details in the electronic health record (EHR) and scan documents per standard protocols. Manage administrative in-basket pools, work queues, and payment balances by preparing deposits. Conduct outreach for service follow-ups and protect patient confidentiality by maintaining strict data privacy. Provide ad hoc coverage at other ProHealth locations and perform other duties as assigned. This role supports the care team to connect people with pharmacy benefits, data, and resources needed for health optimization.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of receptionist or customer service experience
- Intermediate level of computer proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
