Job Summary
Greet customers into the practice and provide instruction on the phone and in person. Obtain accurate patient information, including name, address, and insurance details, while performing insurance verification on the date of service. Schedule and coordinate all patient appointments as directed, and obtain patient signatures for required documents. Maintain an organized work queue, upload valid government-issued IDs and insurance cards, and prepare documentation and records with accuracy. Follow payment security policies, OSHA/WISHA guidelines, and HIPAA regulations while adhering to Lean processes and established protocols.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED
- 1+ years of computer proficiency experience (multi-task through multiple applications including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word)
- 1+ years of customer service or Healthcare experience
- Ability to travel to both locations

Desired Qualifications
