Associate Pastor

Associate Pastor at Bell Shoals Church (Apollo Beach Campus) leads Life Groups, Connections, and Campus Leadership, partnering with the Campus Pastor to implement ministry strategy. Responsibilities include campus leadership and administration (budget oversight, facilities oversight, staff development), leading LIFE Groups (training leaders, launching groups, curriculum development), coordinating First Impressions/Connections on Sundays, overseeing guest engagement, preaching as directed, providing pastoral care (weddings, funerals, hospital visits), and developing outreach and community partnerships to support the campus and local community. Requires Master of Divinity or equivalent; demonstrated leadership, teamwork, and a passion for people; active involvement in ministry, evangelism, and discipleship, with a focus on spiritual health and organizational alignment with church vision.
