Associate Pastor of Worship and Music

Oversee CBC's music ministries including adult and youth choirs, bands, handbells, and ensembles while coordinating worship music for every Sunday service and special programs. Collaborate with the Senior Pastor on music selections and manage the worship budget with fiscal responsibility. Select, approve, and purchase all music for leading worship and special programs. Partner with technical support, ushers, volunteers, and ministry directors to ensure smooth service flow. Minister to participants through prayer, fellowship, and spiritual encouragement. Stay informed on current worship trends to engage the church and community. Affirm the church's Statement of Faith and bring passion for leading worship focused on God.
