Job Summary
Manage a portfolio of partners and lead execution of their contractual deliverables across digital, social, in-venue, and experiential platforms. Act as the primary point of contact for assigned partners, coordinating internal resources and vendors to ensure all assets are delivered accurately on time. Own project timelines and execution schedules while supporting strategic planning through partner recaps, performance reviews, and renewal discussions. Provide guidance to junior staff during planning cycles and game day operations, representing the property in select meetings and building strong relationships with university stakeholders. Maintain up-to-date records and reporting for all accounts while identifying areas for operational improvement. Availability to work evenings and weekends for event support is required.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in sponsorship activation, sports marketing, event execution, or account management
- Proven success managing partners or projects independently with accountability for outcomes
- Strong organizational, project management, and communication skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally and build relationships with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders
- Familiarity with interpreting contracts and understanding sponsorship assets across digital and traditional channels
- Comfort working in live event settings and on tight timelines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other planning or CRM tools
- Availability to work evenings and weekends for game day or event support
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, sports management, or a related field
- Experience managing multiple sponsorship accounts simultaneously
- Knowledge of the collegiate athletics landscape and multimedia rights
