Job Summary
Manage co-lending partnerships by understanding client products, lending policies, and workflows to increase gross transaction value. Onboard new lenders and originators by liaising with internal teams, structuring partnerships, and analyzing lender loss/loan management systems and loan journeys. Execute project management across multiple lenders by collaborating with implementation, product, and delivery teams to design specific workflows that close partnerships. Requires 3-8 years of experience in project management, co-lending, and partnerships, with expertise in managing investor relationships and products like PL, unsecured and secured BL, home loans, and vehicle loans.
Required Qualifications
- 3 - 8 years of relevant experience in project management
- 3 - 8 years of relevant experience in co-lending
- 3 - 8 years of relevant experience in partnerships
- 3 - 8 years of relevant experience in key account management
- expertise in managing relationships with the investors on the platform
- Understanding of products like PL
- Understanding of Unsecured & Secured BL
- Understanding of Home Loans
- Understanding of Vehicle Loans
- Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities while working across teams
