Job Summary
Develop client relationships and grow accounts in the Albanian market while contributing to international business-development efforts. Identify and convert strategic opportunities into a pipeline of public-sector consulting work, then lead proposal development and tender submissions. Oversee project delivery at a senior level, ensuring analytical rigour and meaningful outcomes for clients. Build and lead a collaborative team by coaching colleagues and developing capabilities. This role supports Civitta's expansion into Slovenia, where you will shape the local presence and drive market growth across Central Asia, the Middle East, and the United States.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in consulting, advisory, policy or economic-analysis roles
- Proven track record of leading complex client engagements from proposal through to delivery
- Recognised expertise in at least one core area: public policy, policy evaluation, economic analysis, public finance or infrastructure advisory
- Strong leadership and team-development skills, including coaching junior colleagues and leading multidisciplinary teams
- Excellent stakeholder-management and communication skills, with the credibility to engage senior public-sector decision-makers
- Professional fluency in written and spoken Albanian and English
Desired Qualifications
- A master's degree is preferred in public policy, economics, public finance, infrastructure or a related discipline
