Job Summary
Associate Partner in Property & Asset Management to lead and grow the Lease Advisory team. You will leverage MRICS qualification and deep experience in Landlord & Tenant to manage rent reviews, lease renewals, asset management, and client reporting, while identifying new instructions and cross-selling opportunities. The role involves managing and mentoring junior team members, developing relationships with high-profile clients, and collaborating with other commercial teams to drive fee opportunities across London, Bristol, and national coverage. Strong focus on client liaison, preparation of client schedules and lease event reports, and delivering successful outcomes for a diverse asset portfolio.
Required Qualifications
- MRICS qualification
- significant experience across commercial real estate with a focus on Landlord & Tenant
- extensive knowledge of lease advisory at local and national level
- ability to develop and foster client relationships across high profile assets
