Job Summary
Own overall project delivery and mentor Engagement Managers, Associates, and Analysts across strategy, growth, operations, and transformation engagements. Serve as the primary client advisor to senior executives and Boards, translating complex insurance dynamics into actionable recommendations. Lead and grow client relationships by originating new engagements, shaping proposals, and driving business development efforts. Direct quality control on research, analysis, and financial modeling produced by engagement teams. Recruit and develop future leadership talent while contributing to thought leadership and internal capability building. Requires 8+ years of experience, including 3-5 at a tier-one firm, with deep Property & Casualty expertise. Base salary $230,000 to $240,000 USD plus performance bonus.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of professional experience
- at least 3 to 5 years at a tier-one strategy consulting firm (McKinsey, Bain, BCG)
- experience at the Associate Partner (or equivalent) level
- Deep insurance industry expertise
- led at least 5-10 insurance consulting engagements
- demonstrated depth in Property & Casualty insurance
- familiarity with Life & Annuities
- Outstanding executive presence
- experience advising C-suite and Board-level stakeholders
- excellent presentation skills
- strong verbal and written communications
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills
- experience overseeing research, financial models, and data analysis
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop multi-level teams
