Associate Partner in the Energy Practice leads senior client engagements with C-suite stakeholders, drives business development by identifying opportunities and closing deals, builds high-performing teams, and designs market-leading propositions across energy domains (Oil & Gas Trading, Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Operations, Upstream Energy Operations, Mobility Solutions). Delivers market insight, shapes client strategies, and provides thought leadership to navigate energy market transitions, optimize operations, and improve profitability. Requires ability to influence across organizations and communicate effectively to diverse audiences; ideal candidate combines industry and consulting experience with entrepreneurial mindset and global collaboration. Required Qualifications
- Extensive experience leading senior-level engagements with C-suite and executive stakeholders
- Proven success in business development, including identifying opportunities, crafting compelling proposals, and closing deals
- Demonstrated ability to build and manage high-performing teams
- Deep expertise in Oil & Gas Trading, Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Operations, Upstream Energy Operations, or Mobility Solutions
- Strong understanding of energy market dynamics, trends, technologies, and regulatory landscapes
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence and inspire at all levels
- Industrial and/or consulting experience with deep understanding of client challenges and tailored solutions
- Entrepreneurial and proactive mindset with passion for innovation
