Job Summary
Define product vision and roadmap aligned with business goals while driving innovation across supply chain SaaS platforms like OMS, WMS, and TMS. Lead large-scale end-to-end digital transformation programs for omni-channel ecosystems, managing complex, multi-million-dollar initiatives from concept through execution. Oversee solution architecture, system integration, and automation of solutioning processes to ensure seamless deployment across ERP and e-commerce systems. Partner with sales teams to define transformation visions, engage C-level stakeholders, and build pipelines within existing and new client accounts. Manage global, cross-functional teams to deliver excellence in timelines, budget, and quality while enhancing customer journeys and improving fulfillment speed and inventory turnover.
Required Qualifications
- 15–20+ years of experience in digital supply chain, product management, or consulting
- Proven leadership in large-scale transformation programs ($5M+)
- Strong domain expertise in: Order Management Systems (OMS)
- Strong domain expertise in: Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
- Strong domain expertise in: Inventory Optimization & Fulfillment
- Strong domain expertise in: Omni-channel retail and eCommerce
- Experience across industries such as retail, eCommerce, technology, or logistics
- Demonstrated success in pre-sales, business development, and stakeholder management
Desired Qualifications
- MBA or advanced degree in Business, Engineering, or Technology
- Experience with global consulting firms or SaaS product organizations
- Exposure to tools such as SAP, Manhattan Associates, o9, or similar platforms
- Experience leading global teams across multiple geographies
- Strategic thinking and business acumen
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management (C-level engagement)
- Expertise in supply chain transformation and digital ecosystems
- Problem-solving and solution design
- Communication and executive presentation skills
