Lead market-facing Transformation deals for the Consumer Goods, Retail & Logistics practice at Infosys Consulting, shaping and delivering large-scale, value-driven engagements from Strategy to Build to Run. Drive growth, pursue and win opportunities, coordinate cross-Infosys activities, and oversee delivery with a vision and long-term client partnerships. Bring 15+ years of consulting or industry experience in the CPG/FMCG space, demonstrate senior-level leadership and relationship-building, and leverage thought leadership to create impact across CXO-level clients. This role emphasizes strategic direction, client growth, and the ability to lead complex transformations across the full lifecycle, within a globally renowned management consulting environment.
Required Qualifications
- 15+ years of consulting or industry experience in Consumer Goods / FMCG with a strong track record in business development, account growth, and revenue generation
- Strategic and business-outcome focus
- Strong CXO-level client contacts and ability to open doors quickly
- Internal and external thought leadership through service offering development and industry visibility
- Ability to manage complexity and drive change for clients
