Job Summary
Associate Paralegal supporting the Third-Party Subpoena Team at LPL Financial. Responsibilities include acting as primary gatekeeper for incoming subpoenas, entering case data into matter management systems, drafting cover letters and invoices, processing subpoena-related payments, reviewing and redacting records, maintaining templates and contact lists, and coordinating with attorneys and clients. The role involves assisting with large productions and collaborating with internal departments to gather records, under supervision of a Paralegal Manager and Attorny oversight. Required skills include strong verbal/written communication, knowledge of litigation/subpoenas, ability to handle fast-paced work, and advanced proficiency in Outlook, Word, and Excel.
