Job Summary
Associate on the Pan-Alternatives team responsible for supporting client meeting prep, developing knowledge of new managers and strategies, coordinating client deliverables, liaising with internal teams on ad-hoc client projects, supporting senior colleagues with marketing, maintaining firm marketing materials, and developing a network of prospective clients in a focused area. The role involves assisting with presentations and ad-hoc projects for existing and prospective clients; building knowledge of investment opportunities across private markets; coordinating deliverables; contributing to marketing initiatives and materials; and engaging with internal teams to serve clients and prospects. Located in New York or San Diego with in-office collaboration, the position requires 3-5 years in private markets, strong quantitative/qualitative skills, project-management capability, multitasking, attention to detail, and a collaborative work ethic. Salary range is $80,000-$120,000 with a comprehensive benefits package and potential discretionary bonus, focused on a base salary aligned to experience and local cost of labor.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience across private markets, ideally in an investment or client facing role
