Job Summary
Develop and enhance software for Morgan Stanley’s basket lifecycle team, contributing across complex projects from planning through delivery. Build and maintain core applications supporting ETFs and custom baskets, provide technical leadership through mentorship and code reviews, collaborate to define roadmaps and architecture, and drive adoption of new tools and technologies while ensuring performance, scalability, and security.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Extensive experience in designing and implementing complex test scenarios
- Strong proficiency in software design and architecture
- Ability to drive technical initiatives and provide leadership
- Architect solutions that meet performance, scalability, and security requirements
