Job Summary

Investment Banking Associate/VP Healthcare M&A in New York City focused on executing buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions within Healthcare Services. Lead day-to-day deal execution, manage due diligence, structure transactions, and draft definitive agreements. Build and oversee complex financial models (DCF, LBO, merger consequences, comps). Prepare high-quality pitch books, CIMs, management presentations, and board materials. Serve as primary client contact for sponsors and advisors; mentor and manage analysts. This is an in-office role in Manhattan (5 days/week) with no remote/hybrid flexibility. Requires 4+ years of direct M&A experience in an investment bank, boutique advisory, or corporate development; Bachelor's degree in Finance/Economics/Business Administration (MBA/CFA a plus); Series 79 and 63 preferred or to be obtained shortly after hire; strong Excel/PowerPoint skills.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of four (4) years of direct M&A experience within an investment bank, boutique advisory firm, or corporate development role
  • Location: on-site in the NYC office five days a week (no remote/hybrid flexibility)
  • Technical Skills: exceptional financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills with command of Excel and PowerPoint
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA or CFA is a plus)
  • Licensing: Series 79 and 63 certifications (or equivalent) are preferred, or required to be obtained shortly after hiring
