Part-time Associate Optometrist in Bellevue, WA responsible for delivering and leading the execution of NECE, partnering with Store Manager and Field Leadership to create a safe, motivating work environment, delivering high-quality patient care, ensuring accurate diagnosis and appropriate recommendations, coaching Associate Doctors on clinical protocols, and training staff in front desk procedures, pre-testing, contact lens training, and HIPAA/compliance while collaborating to achieve store KPIs and maintain eye-care excellence.
Required Qualifications
- Doctor of Optometry
- Required knowledge of current Optometric technology and practices
- Developed communication skills, both verbal and written
- Organization and time management skills
