Job Summary
Warehouse Associate will perform receiving, picking, packing, shipping, wire cutting, light assembly, and general maintenance in a Wesco distribution environment. Responsibilities include completing log sheets, handling inbound shipments, verifying supplier returns and entering order receipts, relocating and consolidating material, preparing and assembling packing lists, and packing, labeling, wrapping, and loading outbound trucks. Required skills include basic computer and problem-solving abilities, physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, standing for extended periods, and operating warehouse equipment. Education is High School degree or equivalent preferred; entry-level with possible related experience; opportunity for training and educational assistance and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- High school degree or equivalent preferred
- No experience required/ entry level
- 1 year of warehouse operations experience preferred
- Basic computer skills preferred
- Basic problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to be on your feet for extended periods
- Willingness to operate warehouse equipment, including power equipment
