Associate Operations

Obtain a complete understanding of business lines and the contract-service-billing cycle, including Sales, Contract Management, Accounts Receivable, and SAP Reporting. Perform quality control checks with the team to ensure all tasks are properly vetted. Work in a high-paced environment, applying knowledge of product and process to make decisions while multitasking and meeting strict deadlines. Validate claims and resolve invoice disputes to assure revenue and provide utilization-related business insights to leadership.
