Handle all incoming guest calls, resolve issues at first contact, and process service and warranty claims from intake through resolution. Coordinate delivery support including scheduling, tracking, and issue resolution, while managing post-purchase order tasks such as ticket splitting, payments, and status updates. Execute save strategies for guests expressing intent to cancel or return, and provide virtual in-store support via tablet and Teams for escalated guests. Maintain accurate records in CRM and ticketing systems, complete cross-training certifications, and participate in team huddles, coaching sessions, and quality reviews. Meet individual KPI targets for CSAT, first-call resolution, saves, and follow-up compliance. Weekday, evening, and weekend shifts with competitive commission-based pay and performance bonuses.
