The O&M Cost Strategy Associate will develop, analyze, and improve O&M cost models for clearway’s renewable energy portfolio, focusing on data-driven insights, forecasting, and benchmarking O&M expenses. Ideal candidates possess a strong background in renewable energy operations, financial modeling, and proficiency with tools like Power BI.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, or other applicable fields
- 4+ years of experience in renewable energy, power generation, or infrastructure
- Understanding of renewable energy plant operations (solar, wind, or BESS)
- Demonstrated experience in operations support role
Desired Qualifications
- Strong analytical and project management capabilities
- Familiarity with AI-assisted workflows
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
