Job Summary
Lane Bryant Associate is responsible for creating a hospitable store environment using customer engagement that contributes to the achievement of Company goals. Creates a warm and welcoming environment; communicates product knowledge and fashion trends, represents the brand, and seamlessly integrates OMNI experience. Responsibilities include identifying customer needs through intentional conversation, using company resources to reinforce the brand experience, sharing current products and fashion trends to appropriately wardrobe customers, supporting store operations, prioritizing tasks, and maintaining a safe work environment. The role requires flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays, and proficiency with mobile technology at registers (iPad). The position involves handling merchandising duties and physical tasks such as adjusting fixtures and lifting items up to 50 pounds with assistance as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Strong sales or hospitality experience preferred with demonstrated ability to meet or exceed performance standards.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficient and confident utilizing mobile technology (e.g. Registers and iPad) to engage with customers.
