Associate, Nexus, Investor Delivery (Fixed term contract)

Associate, Nexus, Investor Delivery on a 6-month fixed-term contract. Responsibilities include setting up and maintaining investor profiles; processing transactions in line with fund offering documents and deadlines; assisting with FATCA/CRS services; preparing wire payments and account transfers to settle distributions; producing periodic fund activity reports including statements of holdings and shareholder registers; handling client queries with high-quality responses; collaborating in regular team check-ins; supporting department initiatives and risk mitigation; promoting MUFG's core values of Trust, Challenge & Empowerment, and Openness and Honesty. This role falls under MUFG Investor Services and is described as a hybrid/onsite opportunity located in Halifax, NS with in-person remote setup.
