Job Summary
Associate Recruiter role based in Solon, OH responsible for market & business development, high-volume outbound outreach via email/phone/LinkedIn/text, recruiting and assessing candidates, developing and executing search plans from start to finish, CRM activity tracking, presenting opportunities, and ongoing training. Strong emphasis on communication, relationship-building, planning, and delivering results within a collaborative, growth-oriented office environment. Requires a bachelor’s or associate’s degree and 4+ years of professional experience in sales, recruiting, or related roles.
