Job Summary
Operate 0→1 pilots, build dashboards, and manage week-over-week KPIs to turn wins into scalable processes. Launch net-new merchants, experiment with new initiatives, and run in-market tests to evaluate expansion opportunities. Build models using Excel and SQL to prioritize the next bets, translating consumer, merchant, and dasher needs into product requirements and operational improvements. Collaborate and influence cross-functional teams across product, engineering, finance, marketing, and strategy & operations to drive tangible outcomes. This role involves pivoting between growth, supply chain, and logistics challenges across Grocery, Convenience, Alcohol, Retail, and DashMart verticals.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2+ years of experience
- succeeded in similar cultures that are highly analytical and cross-functional
- banking or consulting preferred
- unafraid of ambiguity
- thrive in ambiguous, startup environments
- comfortable in high levels of ambiguity
- expectation of making impact fast
- analytical
- let data win arguments
- comfortable pulling your own data in SQL
- building models in excel
- completed Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or relevant field
- ready to join and excited about a hybrid work environment
- able to start full-time by September 28th, 2026
- currently be based in New York or San Francisco
