Associate Multi-Market Analyst - REMOTE 8am-5pm PST

Associate Multi-Market Analyst supports the Large Group and Level Funded business by analyzing health insurance RFPs, ensuring accurate and timely quoting processes, and contributing to the delivery of group health proposals. Responsibilities include analyzing RFP documents, managing high volumes of quote requests in CRM, entering quoting activity in Salesforce, following up with brokers, coordinating with carrier partners on RFP status, collaborating with the Sales Team on quoting strategy, assisting with spreadsheet comparisons, logging and closing opportunities in CRM, monitoring for process improvements, and maintaining professional client communications. Strong Excel, data synthesis, and collaboration with brokers, administrators, and sales professionals are required, along with the ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
