Job Summary
MSO Processing Associate responsible for accurate processing of Manufacturers Statements of Origin (MSO), vehicle pricing data, and titling documentation. Maintain data integrity, meet service level agreements, and deliver high-level internal customer support. Duties include extracting data from manufacturer portals, entering/verifying pricing and asset information in internal systems, initiating titling documentation, coordinating with internal departments, preparing Title and Registration documents, and distributing documents to dealers, titling departments, or state motor vehicle agencies. Maintain a minimum 90% on-time case closures, respond to internal inquiries, and support process improvements. In-person role based in Owings Mills, MD with base salary range $46,800–$64,334.40; comprehensive benefits and equal opportunity employer commitments described.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED required
- Notary or willingness to become a Maryland Notary
- MD Notary or willingness to become Notary
- Experience in professional business setting
- Strong PC skills with speed to manage high volume of documents
- Ability to manage data integrity and compliance
